Dennis was my Tech for the maintenance visit. To start, he was prompt in getting here on time, keeping us informed on his arrival. Introduced himself, gave a general synapse of the generator. Allowed me to watch the actual work at the generator, providing much explanation, answering all my many questions. Appreciate his work. Sure HPS is grateful to have Dennis working for them! Glenn

I just had my annual maintenance on my Generac whole home generator performed by technical an Kiel Bailey. Kiel showed up on time and was very professional.I am and have been very pleased with Home Power Systems. Highly recommend.

Dennis is a true professional, it’s the second time in two years for routine maintenance he has come out and does an amazing job keeping our generator in top shape incase of emergency. You have a good worker in him. Can’t recommend him and your company enough.

Chase was absolutely a gem. I felt horrible that he had to come out on such a snowy day for our maintenance but he was very cheerful. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and then, after the fact, went over everything that he did. His attention to detail was very reassuring, and what one would expect in the service industry. When we had our generator installed three years ago, it was the middle of winter, cold and snowing and your guys did an outstanding job. Now our annual tune-up always comes at the worst time of the year and the techs still do an outstanding job despite the freezing temps. Your guy Keil was out there yesterday in 10-degree temps installing a new battery, changing the oil and tuning up the generator. Like the others we have met, he is not only great at what he does, he was a nice guy to talk to. When they're nice as well as competent, it's a pleasure doing business with you.

I was very impressed.They had a crew of young men. They were very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Even though the house had no power for a few hrs. They had a portable generator so we still had internet connection and streaming. The new electrical box had small decorative backboard. I can't say enough how awesome they were. Thank you HPS.😁
